Customer retention is in our blood
Retention & Renewals are so frequently mistaken for one another. At Retain we understand that both are very different and must be treated that way. True retention is about nurturing the customer, building a meaningful relationship and retaining the customer for many years to come.
As part of the retention process, we contact customers on a regular basis to make sure they are happy with the vehicle, if they have any concerns, or just need some advice. Alongside these courtesy calls, we contact the customers at key stages throughout the agreement and build a strong sales opportunity when the customer is ready to renew.
With years of experience, we can safely say that our retention scheme works. Not only has it increased sales dramatically at our partner dealerships, but it has also helped create a long-lasting bond with the dealership and group.
Some customers have even stated they would not have dealt with a dealership again if it weren’t for the fact that they were taken care of throughout their agreement.
